Business conditions for B2B
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the parties to the purchase agreement - the seller Martin Kočí, Vlkovická 729, 198 00 Prague 9 and the buyer. By using the B2B eshop, the buyer agrees to the conditions.
The order made by the buyer through the B2B e-shop is binding.

When ordering goods, the partner selects the product and enters the required quantity
In order to send the goods on the same working day, it is necessary for the order to be placed on working days by 11:00 am. Orders received later will be shipped the next business day.
The seller is entitled to charge the buyer additional costs incurred on the basis of the buyer's request for a non-standard method of packaging or transport, or in the case of repeated deliveries of one delivery, caused by the fault of the buyer.
The price of the goods will be determined according to the valid price list of the seller.
If the buyer buys on an invoice, together with the takeover of the goods by the buyer, the seller issues an invoice to the buyer, which will contain in addition to the requisites prescribed for the tax document the bank details of the seller, product numbers, goods names, quantities, unit prices, total price, or discounts .
Ownership passes to the buyer by full payment of the purchase price. The risk of damage passes to the buyer at the time of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
The complaint made by the buyer to the seller does not affect the maturity and price of the delivered goods.
Complaint
The seller is responsible for the quality of the delivered goods. The seller is also liable for defects in the goods and is obliged to deliver the goods in the quality and design as ordered by the buyer and in the quantity according to the accompanying documents. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of obvious defects of the goods (claim) within three days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the seller is not obliged to satisfy his rights from defects.
The buyer can complain about defects in the goods - so-called hidden no later than six months from the date of taxable performance of the invoice by which the goods were delivered. When making a complaint, the buyer always states the "variable symbol", which is identical on all documents related to one delivery of goods.
If the goods are damaged during their transport by vehicle to the destination of the delivery, the buyer is obliged to submit to the seller a complaint registered by the driver who delivered the goods to the buyer.
Payment, shipping and minimum order size
For orders via the B2B e-shop, the due date of invoices is set to 10 days.
The rates of transport are depending on the selected carrier in the order, they are also listed in the section Transport and Payment.
Shipping is free from an order exceeding CZK 5,000 without VAT.
Delivery date
If the goods are in stock, your order will be delivered via the selected transport by Czech Post as a package in hand or via the Mail Order to a branch or address within two working days after sending the order. You will be notified by e-mail one business day before the scheduled delivery that your shipment is on its way.
Protection of personal data
Information about customers is stored in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations. All data obtained from customers is used by the eshop www.agentshop.cz exclusively for the internal needs of the company and is not provided to third parties.
An exception is external carriers to which customers' personal data are transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods.
Without the express consent of customers, the eshop www.agentshop.cz handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, especially in § 5 para. b) and in § 5 par. 6.
Eshop www.agentshop.cz. is in the sense of § 5 par. 5 of Act no. on the protection of personal data is entitled to use his name, surname and address, e-mail and telephone number in order to offer trade and services of the data subject as the administrator of his personal data obtained in connection with his activity.
