    Parcel to Balíkovna

    The postage fee is 90 CZK in case of advance payment, in case of payment on delivery the price increases by 30 CZK.
    The ordered product is delivered via Czech Post and its Parcel to Balíkovna service
    The goods will be delivered within 2 working days from the dispatch of the shipment, the customer chooses the post office where the package will be ready for collection.
    At the moment of dispatch of the shipment, information including the parcel tracking number is delivered to you by e-mail. You collect the package using the code sent to you, which you will receive in an SMS message. It is therefore not necessary to present documents at the post office.
    You can check where your package is in the Czech Post online system here.
    The package will be kept at the post office for collection for 7 days, up to 15 days by arrangement.

    The price for shipping within the Czech Republic is 70 CZK in case of advance payment, in case of cash on delivery the price increases by 30 CZK.
    The price for shipping within the Slovak Republic is 5 EUR in case of advance payment, in case of cash on delivery the price increases by 1.30 EUR
    We ship to other EU countries only after prior payment, price 6 EUR

    At the time of dispatch of the shipment, information about the shipment will be delivered to your email and you will be sent a shipment number. You can then check where your shipment is online here
    After delivery to the delivery point, you will be informed by SMS and email about the possibility of pickup. You will be sent a password for pickup.
    The shipment will be at the pick-up point for 7 calendar days
    Card payments are not possible at pick-up points

    When collecting the goods in person, it is only possible to pay for the goods in cash.
